Dear Scilab users,

Sorry for this question but I could not find in the documentation I have how
to install new toolbox (in particular simplex-2) on Windows or Linux
versions of Scilab 5.1.1. I would greatly appreciate if somebody could
direct me towards some informative links or walk me through the process of
installation...
