[scilab-Users] Reg :: Configure error in scilab-5.1.1 source version

Simply typing ./configure is giving same problem.
shell : tcsh
uname -a : Linux wshy08.amsint.com 2.6.9-78.EL #1 Wed Jul 9 15:26:38 EDT
2008 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
