[scilab-Users] installation of toolboxes

Hi,

Try this (Visual Express C++ 2008):

http://www.microsoft.com/express/download/#webInstall

However since you do not tell what you want to do (what toolbox?) and 
with what environment (what Scilab version?), I can't tell whether 
this is what you need. Especially, if a Fortran compiler is needed 
this will not work since it will install a C compiler...
