Scicos Hardware in Loop(HIL) and RTAI modules for Scilab on Windows OS?

Hi,

Are Scicos Hardware in Loop (HIL) and RTAI modules available on the Scilab
(Windows version)? If not please let me know if there is some development in
this regard for future versions or if the similar module is being developed
for Xcos?
