thank you for your reply.

1) I don't use other cads.
2) Driver is updated for Windows 7 x64
3) I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit version
4) I have tried 5.3.0-beta-2_x64 version also. The result is the same. 

Mayby before the installation I have to change compatibility mode. Initially 
it is XP (Service Pack 3). I've tried mpde Vista (Service pack 2) but rhe 
result is the same, but there is several other modes to select.
