Very basic question

Sorry for asking that but under windows neither of all my attemps do not
work :
 
I want to go and work in the JOB1 directory
 
I tried :
unix('cd \JOB1');
unix('cd JOB1/');
and other combination .... but i failed my job remains in the current
directory ...
 
what's wrong ?
