Question on old versions

Hello
I have not been able to download Scilab 4.0 from the old versions
section. I need it because is the only release that works with the SIP
toolbox that I need to use to do image processing. Unfortunatelly that
version has also vanished from the Iinternet.
I would thank to receive a link to that old Scliab version 4.0, the
file is scilab-4.0.exe , that is for Windows.
