If you are having trouble with Atoms try updating

atomsSystemUpdate()

 

Once the Atoms gui is working it is very easy to install modules

I am a student of soochow university,in suzhou city, jiangsu province,china,I have successfully install scilab 5.22 on my computer(windows7 operation system),but i don't know how to install some toolbox,in china,very little of scilab help document can found,could you introduce some help document of toolbox installment,thank you,
