License issues with Scilab.

Hi,

There seems to be several licenses such as: Main software (CeCILL v.2.0),
several GPL v.2, BSD, etc. **in the Scilab distribution. I would like to
know if the Scilab Consortium has any plans to reduce the number of license
and reduce the complexity regarding the licensing issues? Thanks.
