[scilab-Users] [Scilab-Users] Sciscipy interface and link to Salome \ YACS for optimization studies

Having a equivalent to the python-dev package installed on your system
would be the first step. (It is the package containing all Python's
headers). Besides that, with obviously the Scilab header available, it
is the only two requirements.
