installation problem windows vista

Hi!
I have found your exelent software Scilab, and it's free!
 
I had used matlab at the university but now I have need something for
private use, and then Scilab is perfect.
 
Sorry to say I have some trouble to get it to work.
 
I put all my working files under the D-drive but Scilab can't run the
files I create.
 
I have changed the path to D:\Scilab_files\ where I store my files.
 
See the screendump I had sent to you here.
 
Dir command show that files are there.
 
 If I run the executecommand from filemenu it works so the files should
be ok.
 
I also notice there isn't any scilab file in the userdirectory where I
can change the startup command to include my directory.
 
I have changed my directory D:\Scilab_files\ to áll permision.
 
What's wrong, just me who don't understand or something with windows
vista that have to be changed?
 
I run under administrator level
