Although Xvfb accepts the following syntax

Xvfb :100 -ac -extension GLX &

it does not seem to actually implement any GLX support :

scilab -display :100 -e "plot;xs2png(0,'toto.png');quit"

(process:1947): Gtk-WARNING **: Locale not supported by C library.
     Using the fallback 'C' locale.
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":100.0".

An error occurred when Scilab tried to open a Canvas: glXGetConfig
failed: error code GLX_NO_EXTENSION
