1.  It appears that you are either missing a parentheses in your etdynlibext
statement, or have one too many.
3.  For some reason, you have some extra slashes in your "undefined
symbol".  This often occurs when your environmental variables are poorly
constructed or defined.  Not knowing how your system is set up, it is
difficult to evaluate further.
