Suggestion to Scilab toolbox: Laplace and Inverse Laplace Transforms

Dear Scilab users and developers,

It is very important and useful to electrical/electronics engineers if Scilab could solve some
problems related to Laplace and Inverse Laplace Transforms, mainly for control theory and 
transients in eletrical/eletronics (switching) circuits.

Please, think about to develop a Laplace and its inverse toolbox.
