plotting an input D contour in scilab

Hi does anybody here know how to plot an input D contour in scilab for
nyquist stability questions ? 
Also , does anybody know how to draw a MODIFIED input D contour such that it
bypasses the origin by a bit ? I googled alot but still cant find it ! Any
help will be appreciated ! thanks !!
