[scilab-Users] Add labels on plot figure

The current version do not allow more without code modification (a more
flexible one has been developped, but is currently in validation process)

If you want it possible to modify the 
modules/graphics/datatips/datatipCreate.sci file to customize your plot.
See the attached file as an example.
