lincos command for TIME_DELAY model

Dear sir

I tried "sys=lincos(scs_m)" for the xcos model including "TIME_DELAY"in the 
pallet.
So, the console indicated the error message as follows

"
Warning !!!
Scilab has found a critical error (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION)
with "scicosim" function.
Save your data and restart Scilab.

Invalid index.

at line     208 of function lincos called by :
sys=lincos(scs_m)
"
Please indicate how successful lincos command.
