Unit Sample or Delat Dirac Matrix Creation

Hi,

I have scanned the Scilab help file, but i cannot locate an equivalent
command to the Matlab "impseq"

The "impseq" creates an array which are of specified length, all Zero's
except the single One at the specificied point. This may also be known as
unit sample, delta dirac etc., but in the discrete time domain.

Is there a Scilab equivalent ?. Thanks.

This question also applies to "stepseq" which is a unit step input.

Else -will i have to use a two sequence command - create an matrix of
Zero's, and then set a specific element to a One ?.

Thanks and regards,

Richard.
