Hi,
I agree that scilab variables are double precision reals, however there are different functions to return variables from C such as :
createMatrixOfBoolean
createMatrixOfInteger8
createMatrixOfInteger16
createMatrixOfInteger32
createMatrixOfDouble
I can't find one for floats
