uigetfile : how to filter file with the first character

Hello, 

 

I would like to use the function uigetfile by specifying the first character
of the file to select.

For instance, I would like only files starting with “P_” like P_80, P_102


 

I’ve tried with the following code : 

uigetfile(["P_*.*"],"",'select P file')

but the dialog box selecs all extensions (*.*).

 

Is there a way to do that ?
