Happy new year to you!

I think that the statement :


nm = nmplot_configure(nm,"-numberofvariables",1);


should be replaced with:


nm = neldermead_configure(nm,"-numberofvariables",9);

First, the nmplot component is only useful in 2D (i.e. with 2 variables). 
Second, there are 9 parameters in your optimization problem, isn'it ?
