Function resize_matrix with hypermatrix

Hello,
resize_matrix apparently redefines the size of a matrix (and not
hypermatrix) as only row and column numbers are specified. This function
changes the total number of elements of the array.
If I understand approximately what is your goal, you may consider using
"permute" and/or "hypermat". These functions do not change the total number
of elements of the array.
