A(1,1)>B(1,1) or A(2,1)>B(2,1) ? F
A(1,2)>B(1,2) or A(2,2)>B(2,2) ? T  because 9>8
A(1,3)>B(1,3) or A(2,3)>B(2,3) ? T  because 7>6
