Fmincon

Hi,


I am trying to use the Fmincon package (it is written that it is available
for scilab versions>=5.2)
I do have the 5.2 version.
It is written that this package needs the Sci-IPOpt package.
Unfortunately that last package require a 5.3 version of scilab ( at least
that is what is written
on the website of atoms)
How do I solve this problem knowing that I cannot upgrade my scilab version
to 5.3?
