Color with a LaTeX string

Hello,

Could you help me to use properly the following command
'$\textcolor[rgb]{r,g,b}{Hello}$' in a xstring or xtitle where r, g and b
are given by a *colormap* (eg : ens_color=floor(255*jetcolormar(100));
r=ens_color(10,1); g=ens_color(10,1); b=ens_color(10,1)).
