Metanet under Linux

Hello

I'm trying to install METANET, under ubuntu.
http://forge.scilab.org/index.php/p/metanet/

I'm using the 5.3 version of scilab

atomsInstallList: Le package metanet n''est pas disponible.

Is it possible to install from the .tgz or is it only possible with
windows ?
