Hello,

Could you please post the results of the following :
atomsGetConfig()
atomsRepositoryList()

Can you join your /tmp/SCI_TMP_2693_pZVydd/.atoms/1_TOOLBOXES.gz file?

Can you try launching Scilab with
LANG=en_US /path/to/your/bin/scilab
and do an
atomsSystemUpdate()
?

wget http://atoms.scilab.org/5.4/TOOLBOXES/64/linux.gz
works?
