Scilab 5.3.3 and Mac OS Lion

Hi,
 
Do you know if Scilab 5.3.3 is available for Mac OS Lion ?
 
Moreover, do you know if Mac OS Lion needs to have gcc or C(++) compiler installed to run Scilab (and its Scilab demos) or it comes as default (like Linux) ?
