[scilab-Users] wrong dll files (wants to load x64 dll in an x86 environment) in scilab 5.4.0 beta

Hi,

I have logged this in the Bug Reporting system (see bug ID 11357).  It is apparently because of the compiler used for 5.4.0-Beta-1.  I got the same report about 64-bit DLL, but it seems to be a wrong message.  I checked the DLL header and it is definitely a 32-bit DLL that gives the error.

Try recompiling the DLL if you can, maybe with a newer compiler version, to see if that fixes it.

Meanwhile I am waiting for some further feedback from the development team.

Looks this error message familiar to somebody?

I tried to run the demos which are contained in xcos. Examples from the
field "Electrical Systems" and "Modelica demos" didn't work!

(OS: WinXP 32Bit, Scilab: 5.4.0 Beta)

Does anybody have an idea how to solve this problem?
