Scilab and Windows

Hi,

I am running Windows 8 and installed scilab-5.3.3 (64-bit). Everythink went
fine, but when i start scilab a warning ("Scilab requires Windows 2000 or
more") is shown and nothing else happens. How kann i fix this Problem?
