500mo Ascii file

Hello David and Samuel,

Thx you both of you for the message. Unfortunatly as explained in my
previous mail, the csv_read fonction (that is very usefull) does not work
directly in this case. Indeed since there is a header without , it returns
an error 999 (can not read file). 
1)So one solution would be to be able to remove the header with scilab.And
then use csv_read.
2)Otherwise being able to load the data properly with
mopen/mgetl/msscanf/....
