Problem: Gcc compiler / Scilab 5.3.1 version - 64 bits / MinGW / Scilab demonstrations

I installed the nightly building but the minGw-Toolbox ist not available for
this version (5.4). I tried to install it offline but it doesn't work.
Is it better to install a 32-Bit Version of Scilab and GCC? Maybe it is a
64bit - Problem.
