Is thre a Scilab equivlalent to Matlab's "invfreqz()"?

I need to design filter to match a given spectral response.  Scilab has
"frfit()" but it does not allow the design to specifiy Numerator and
Denominator order independently  and it always returns a
"bi-stable" tranfer function.  ("Bi-stable" is the term used in the Help
page. I assume it means "minimum phase").

Does anyone know of a version of Matlab's invfgeqz() that's been ported
to scilab?
