[Scilab-users] Query !!!

Sir/Madam ,
              i am getting  error on installing adaptive optics toolkit in
SciLab application !!!

I am attaching the exe file also of this kit which i downloaded from some
chinese web !!!

Kindly guide me in this regard . I will be thankful to you !!
