[Scilab-users] Scilab Program

Dear Sir/Madam,

Scilab software is a very great software. Recently, I am using Scilab
software to write an algorithm. However, it cant run in Scilab. I had tried
almost 1 month and I still cant solve the problem.

Hereby, I attached the algorithm and the Scilab program that wrote by me.
Hopefully u can give me an opinion and guidance on how to solve this.
