[Scilab-users] Develop an hydraulic heat exchanger

Hi,

I do not know if it is the right place for resource request.  I am aware
that there is a link for hiring professional resources on another scilab
site, but I want to try it here first. Please tell me so, if my request is
not appropriate.

I wish to hire a resource to develop a hydraulic heat exchanger and display
the temperature in color gradient.
