[Scilab-users] open a .dta file with scilab

In fact I just found this help file: 
http://forge.scilab.org/index.php/p/nan-toolbox/source/tree/master/help/en_US/file_io/xptopen.xml 
(the function is xptopen). There seems to be a source file in 
sci_gateway/c/xptopen.cpp.
