[Scilab-users] Quadrature Mirror Filters

Can there is an example of reception of a spectrum of a signal through
wavelet transformation, whether there are functions in Scilab wavelet of
transformations. DWT, CWT...

Quadrature Mirror Filters it is necessary just for this purpose.

It is required to receive a spectrum of a signal with the minimal computing
resources. For example bank of filters from 20 passbands (as in MFCC).
wavelets will be faster? Can polyphase FFT faster?
