[Scilab-users] Missing events with retangular sources like PULS_SC

High to all,

purpose of my example is to get more experience with the usage of Xcos
blocks and the according simulation. A STEP_FUNCTION serial with a
RATELIMITER produce the expected result. When the source is changed to 
PULS_SC the draw function (CMSCOPE) before and after the RATELIMITER is the
same.
Why ?
What is wrong ?
