[Scilab-users] Toolbox test

Hi all

In ATOMS there's four toolbox test packages available, e.g. this one:
http://atoms.scilab.org/toolboxes/toolbox_1

Are they for developers to test their ATOMS packages or are they for 
testing the ATOMS system (in the last case, why would they be needed)?

Any further information on these 4 toolbox test packages?
