[Scilab-users] Updated CMA-ES ATOMS-library

Hi all

Yesterday I have updated the CMA-ES library.

It is now in it's fourth trial - I hope this one works with Scilab ATOMS.

Please let me have some feedback whether everything is now OK, or not. 
If the module is not OK, I could also use some tips as to what must be done.
