[Scilab-users] Pb to launch DotNetScilab C# example project

Hello

I am on windows 8.1 and visual studio 2010, I am interested in using DotNetScilab with C#, but when I want to run the project given as example

it stops at
// start Scilab engine
Scilab_cs_wrapper.StartScilab(null, null, null);

with the message 
Attempt to load a program with uncorrect format

on the same machine, I run a win32 call_scilab program with no problem
