You can type the word scipad at the prompt to start it.

Besides, please note that the scipad version available from atoms is very very old. You can find the latest ones at:
http://sourceforge.net/p/scipad

I installed Scipad through the scilab-console->menu->applicaiton->atoms.
I restarted Scilab and get the message of success of installation.
I don't know how to start scipad.
Please teach me how to start scipad.
