[Scilab-users] Improving the quality of figures on word document

Hi all,
How can I improve the quality of my scilab figure plots when pasted on word
document? I normally save in dot png (xs2png) but is always dull when
inserted in word document. my publishers have complained and commented on
the poor quality. I prefer plotting in scilab instead of excel. Can someone
please help.
