Hi Antoine,

In fact this module is only available for windows x86 or x64 with Scilab 5.5.2 installed. I just
checked and it is not available on Scilab 5.5.0.

You have to enforce the installation by downloading the zip file and using
`atomsInstall('visa.zip')` directly.
