"Scilab doesn't find a C compiler": I have 64 bit Scilab 5.5.2 in 64 bit Windows10 and a working Microsoft Visual Studio 2014, but Scilab does not find the C compiler. All the Scilab commands asking for compilers have a negative response.

What to do?
