[Scilab-users] Install image processing toolbox

Hello,

atomsInstall("IPCV") didn't work right away, and I tried in more than 
one computer. Although, after usingatomsSystemUpdate(), it worked.
So, thanks for the quick reply. And good work. Now, I can proceed with 
my research.
