Hello,

Having installed VS 2013 ("msvc120express") and VS 2015 ("msvc140pro")
and trying to force the use of VS 2015 via

setenv("SCILAB_PREFERED_MSVC","mscv140pro")

I have noticed that "findmsvccompiler()" still reports "msvc120express".

IMHO there is a bug in "dlwFindMsVcCompiler()", because "dlwIsVc14Pro()"
returns correctly %t.
