[Scilab-users] FORTRAN Block in XCOS

I still find it surprising that  I cannot find a document that describes
these calling / return parameters in a XCOS Fortran Block: 

subroutine evtdly(flag,nevprt,t,xd,x,nx,z,nz,tvec,ntvec,
     &     rpar,nrpar,ipar,nipar,u,nu,y,ny)

Is there some way to get this question to the SciLab people ? 

Someone must know !!!!!
