Hello,

It's the same with the master branch: 
http://downloadarea.scilab.org/download/2017-08-02/scilab-master-1501146348-x86_64.dmg 
gives a 404. That's the same for the windows link: 
http://downloadarea.scilab.org/download/2017-07-28/scilab-master-1501146348_x64.exe
